SlavGuns (slavguns.com) is run by 2A Media LLC. We publish gun and gear reviews, articles, YouTube videos and daily deals. Many of the links on this site, in our videos and in our emails are affiliate links.
What that means
When you click an affiliate link and buy something, the retailer may pay SlavGuns a small commission. You don’t pay anything extra for using our links. The price is the same as going to the store directly, and sometimes it’s lower when we have an exclusive code.
Those commissions help pay for the site, ammo, range time and video production, and they’re a big part of what keeps SlavGuns free to read and watch. Thank you for using our links.
Which links are affiliate links
Assume that any link to a store, in a deal post, a review, a video description or an email, may earn us a commission. The programs we use include:
- AvantLink: an affiliate network used by many outdoor and shooting retailers.
- Amazon Associates: Amazon links, usually shortened as
amzn.to. - slav.li short links: our own short links (for example
slav.li/…). They forward you to a retailer, usually through one of the affiliate programs above, and they let us count clicks. - Exclusive discount codes: some brands give us a code (for example “SlavGuns”) and may pay us a commission on orders that use it.

How this affects our reviews and deals
- Commissions don’t decide what we say about a product. If something doesn’t work, we’ll tell you, whether or not there’s a link.
- Some products are sent to us by manufacturers for testing and evaluation. When that happens, we say so in the post or video.
- Deals are picked by hand. Prices and stock change quickly, so the price you see at the store may differ from the price when we posted. Always check the final price at the retailer before you buy.
- Your order is placed with, and handled by, the retailer, not SlavGuns. Questions about an order, shipping or returns go to that retailer.
